Author Michael Wolff has spoken out in the wake of the release of a tranche of emails from disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein 's estate, including correspondence between the pair about U.S. President Donald Trump .
On Wednesday, Democratic U.S. lawmakers released a series of emails between Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and the author, including some discussing the president. In response, House Republicans released more than 20,000 pages of documents and said Democrats were trying to "create a fake narrative to slander President Trump."
