FARGO — Two Fargo area Hardee's restaurants have closed.

Signs on the doors of the businesses, one located at 3072 45th St. S., in Fargo, and the other at 1450 13th Ave. E., in West Fargo, invite customers to visit the area's two remaining Hardee's restaurants.

Those remaining restaurants include one at 3819 Main Ave., in Fargo, and one at 3402 28th Ave. S., in Moorhead.

The Hardee's on 13th Avenue East in West Fargo opened in 2015.

It is not the first time a number of Hardee's restaurants closed simultaneously.

Something similar occurred in 2002, when two Hardee's restaurants, one in Fargo and one in Moorhead, closed.

At the time of the 2002 closings, four Hardee's remained in the Fargo-Moorhead area, located at: 819 30th Ave. S., Moorhead; 626 6th Ave. N., Fargo; 2425 13th Ave.
