Tonya Burns-Sheehan knew Audi Crooks would break her scoring record

AMES – Tonya Burns-Sheehan remembers making a prediction to her husband, Matt Sheehan, as the two watched Iowa State women's basketball star Audi Crooks put on a memorable performance in the first round of the 2024 NCAA Tournament.

Crooks, then a freshman for the Cyclones , was dominating the game and came within striking distance of Burns-Sheehan’s single-game school record of 42 points.
