The Coachella Valley Filipino Festival has been postponed to Saturday, Nov. 22, due to a severe weather system expected to impact the Coachella Valley this weekend .

The cultural festival will take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Palm Springs Downtown Park, right beside the Forever Marilyn statue. The family-friendly event is free and open to the public. Visit cvfilipinofest.org for more information.

Attendees can still expect live music, cultural performances, traditional food and more at the rescheduled event, organizers said.
