OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The Omaha Police Department has made two arrests after a shooting on Halloween night that left a 17-year-old boy dead.
Rayquan Bass, 18, was arrested for second-degree murder, use of a firearm to commit a felony, and possession of a defaced firearm, according to an update Thursday from OPD.
Yourhansay Gonzales-Washington, also 18, was arrested for possession of a defaced firearm, tampering with physical evidence, and accessory to a felony, the release states.
Bass and Gonzales-Washington were taken into custody in Council Bluffs on Wednesday before their arrival at the Pottawattamie County Jail.
