Homelessness continues to dominate as the most significant concern among Londoners, according to the City of London's 2025 Resident Satisfaction Survey.

The annual poll, conducted by Forum Research Inc. between September 15 and October 5, surveyed 500 residents aged 18 and older by phone. It's being presented to the Strategic Priorities and Policy Committee on Tuesday.

More than half of respondents, 57 per cent, said homelessness is the city's most pressing issue, up slightly from 54 per cent last year. Other top concerns were traffic and road congestion (23 per cent), mental health and addictions (22 per cent) and road maintenance (16 per cent).
