BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) - Officials in Buncombe County report the North Carolina Forest Service and local crews are responding to two fires on Thursday.
MILK SICK COVE AREA
Officials said the Enka Candler Fire Department is managing a fire Milk Sick Cove Area which has spread across 25 acres. Two structures are being protected and the fire is at 10 percent containment.
Crews will likely be on scene throughout the evening as the area is heavily wooded with extremely rough terrain, according to officials.
