The Alberta RCMP’s Community Response Team (CRT) have concluded a stolen property investigation and have arrested two individuals in possession of a stolen truck thanks to the help of Parkland RCMP, Devon RCMP and Leduc RCMP.
On November 5, the CRT located a stolen Chevorlet Silverado travelling through Acheson Industrial Park. Members found the stolen truck as travelled through Acheson, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Devon. The truck came to a stop in Devon after a tire deflation device was deployed by RCMP officers.
34-year-old Megan Kennedy and 35-year-old Kevin Loughran, both residents of Stony Plain, were charged with possession of property over $5,000, fraudulent concealment, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and possession of fentanyl and methamphetamine. Additionally,
