Waterloo police have arrested a man who had his pretrial release revoked, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 31 year old Bryan Pittman was living in Lincoln when police say he posed as his wife on the social media platform Skout. Pittman approached an account that he allegedly believed was a teenager, acting as his wife, and encouraged the teen to have sex with her husband while she recorded the event. The teen’s account was actually run by Cedar Rapids Police and Pittman was arrested on charges of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and Grooming. He posted bond and was released. He was then arrested again on November 4 th for a domestic disturbance at his home. He posted bond again and was released.
