With Rob Edwards leaving the Middlesbrough head coach post vacant, the important thing for Boro is finding the right man to lead them forward.

Sitting second in the Championship after a solid start to the new season, there’s a solid platform there if Boro get this next appointment right, to kick-on and make a really strong challenge for promotion this season. But what direction Boro go in remains to be seen.
