Arpan Khanna is requesting an update on General Motors' plans for workers at the automaker’s idled Cami plant in Ingersoll.

The Conservative MP for Oxford is requesting answers from a Liberal cabinet minister who gave General Motors a 15-day deadline – which has come and gone – to provide an update on its plans for workers at the automaker’s idled Cami plant in Ingersoll.

Oxford MP Arpan Khanna shared a letter through social media addressed to Minister of Industry Melanie Joly, requesting an update on the “ongoing tariff crisis affecting workers at the Cami assembly plant in Ingersoll.”
