Businesses in Sarnia-Lambton have been missing out on government grant money, says the head of a Lambton economic development agency.
“Over the last several years, we’ve been underrepresented in terms of the number of applications from local businesses to these various programs that exist,” said Matthew Slotwinski, with the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership.

Other communities have been applying more, said the county-funded agency’s chief executive.
The partnership will host provincial ministry representatives Dec. 4 and invites local shops, non-profits and community representatives to come learn more about the opportunities they’ve been missing.
