Ky. woman used dead woman’s identity, credit cards, citation says

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Lexington woman is under arrest after police say she used a dead woman’s identity and credit cards.

Victoria Best was taken into custody Wednesday on Leesway Drive.

Police say she was found with stolen packages and an iPad belonging to a woman who has died.

Investigators also discovered fraudulent purchases made on the dead woman’s bank account.

Best is charged with identity theft, fraudulent credit card use and receiving stolen property.
