Maine State Police have charged a man from Connecticut for a murder in the town of Corinth.

Maine Murder Suspect Arrested in Connecticut

Jawon Owens, 27, of East Hartford, Connecticut, was arrested by members of the Hartford Police Department on an arrest warrant out of Maine. He's accused of killing Scott Roberts, 46, of Glenburn.

Owens is charged with:

Murder

Aggravated assault

Aggravated assault with a firearm.

He is currently being held at the Hartford Correctional Facility, pending extradition back to Maine.

The charges stem from an incident on September 21st in Corinth, Maine that left one man injured and another deceased on Main Street.
