The La Verne Symphony Orchestra, directed by Sylvia Lee Mann, will present a concert featuring two piano soloists 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, in Morgan Auditorium on the University of La Verne campus, 1950 Third St., La Verne.

The features soloists are Austine Shu, an alumna of the University of La Verne, who will perform the final movement of Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 22; and Grace Xia Zhao, chairman of the University of La Verne’s music department, performing the second movement of Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2.

Also on the program are “Byzantine Dances” by contemporary composer Carol Brittin Chambers; Symphony No. 2, Op. 11, by Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges (1745-1799), a contemporary of Mozart; and the Overture to “Ruslan and Ludmilla” by 19th-century composer Mikhai
