The Ethics and Campaign Review Board dismissed a complaint against Councilor Alma Castro and determined two other complaints against former City Council candidates can move forward during a meeting Thursday.
All three complaints stemmed from activity during this year's municipal election.
Santa Fe resident Suzanne Romero had filed a complaint against Castro for endorsing District 1 City Council candidate Pat Feghali on her personal Facebook page, which Romero said had the appearance of an official page because she used the official city of Santa Fe seal and described herself as a city councilor.
"Was it a government website, or was it personal?" Romero asked at the meeting. "It's important we have that distinction."
The board voted 4-1 to dismiss the complaint on the grounds it lacked
