Fetty Wap (real name Willie Maxwell II) will be released from prison sooner than expected.

The “Trap Queen” rapper’s release date has been moved up an extra month, meaning he’ll be out in time to celebrate Christmas 2026 with his family, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

Maxwell, 34, was initially expected to be released from prison on March 13, 2027. In September, it was revealed that his release date was moved up by two months, to January 8, 2027.

However, Us confirmed on Friday, November 14, that Maxwell’s date has been bumped up yet again, this time to December 8, 2026, shedding a whole month off his sentence.
