FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — Several high-country highways throughout Arizona are scheduled to close soon for the winter season.
The Arizona Department of Transportation has announced the following highway closures over the next couple of months:
Starting Nov. 15, the section of State Route 366 between mileposts 136-143 will be closed.
Starting Nov. 20, the section of State Route 473 between State Route 260 and Hawley Lake in the White Mountains will be closed.
Starting Dec. 1, the section of State Route 67 from US-89A to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon will be closed.
Starting Dec. 31, the section of State Route 261 between Eagar and Big Lake will be closed.
Starting Dec. 31, the section of State Route 273 between Sunrise Park and Big Lake will be closed.
