ABA Council Punts Nondiscrimination Standard Proposals Back to Committee

The ABA Standards Committee recommended revisions to the nondiscrimination and equal opportunity standard that would remove any qualifying criteria, but council decided to send the revised standard back to the committee without any discussion or vote.
