SOUTH HOLLAND, Ill. (WLS) -- A South Holland woman says she's dealing with an oil change dispute that's made her afraid to drive her car.

She believes a part is still stuck in the oil pan, but that part is nowhere to be found.

"I'm not satisfied at all," South Holland resident Yvette Walker said. "I'm afraid to drive the car. Because if that plastic melts in here, it's going to send particles and the breeze to the engine, which is going to harm the engine."

Walker said a Walmart Car Care in Hammond, Indiana on Cabela Drive never completed the oil change. She wasn't charged, but she did get a note saying an "oil straw" used to vacuum old oil out got stuck in her car's oil dip stick hole.
