A Salem woman died Wednesday night in a single-vehicle crash in south Salem, according to the Salem Police Department.
Cynthia P. Miller, 68, was the only occupant in the car, which crashed into the front yard of a south Salem home, police said in a statement Friday afternoon.
Miller had been driving east on South Cunningham Lane around 9:49 p.m. Wednesday when her car left the roadway for unknown reasons and hit two fences, according to Salem police. The car rolled over and landed in a residential front yard near the intersection of South Cunningham Lane and South McKay Drive.
