SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Here’s a new traffic alert you’ll need to be aware of next week if you drive in South Bend.

Riverside Drive between Michigan Street and Lafayette Boulevard will close Monday for sewer infrastructure improvements.

Drivers will be detoured on Michigan Street and Lafayette Boulevard via Bartlett Street.

The closure is expected to last through Friday, Dec. 12.
