FAA reduces flight restrictions after shutdown ends

The FAA announced flight reductions will be lowered from 6% to 3% beginning November 15. The agency says the move comes after air traffic control staffing improved with the end of the government shutdown. NBC News’ Emilie Ikeda reports.
