CHARLESTON, Mo. (KFVS) - The Small Business Administration will open a Disaster Loan Outreach Center on Saturday, November 15, and Monday, November 17.

The center will open at the Charleston City Council Room at 204 North Main in Charleston, Missouri.

SBA officials will be on hand to help homeowners, renters, and business owners apply for low-interest federal disaster loans.

The loans are open to victims of storms that happened from March 30 - April 8.

The disaster declaration covers the Missouri counties of Bollinger, Butler, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Cooper, Dunklin, Howell, Iron, Mississippi, New Madrid, Oregon, Ozark, Reynolds, Ripley, Scott, Shannon, Stoddard, Vernon, Washington and Wayne which are eligible for both Physical damage loans and Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EID
