Ukhrul, November 14 2025: The Tangkhul Naga Long (TNL) has notified all immigrants living within Tangkhul area to obtain Temporary Residence Card (TRC) or renew their Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) before the expiration date.

According to the order issued by Thanreingam Muivah, additional secretary, TNL, all individuals who possess TRP should renew their permit before the expiry date, which falls on November 30, 2025 .

The TNL further cautioned that any individual persons (immigrants) found without the valid residence card/s issued by the TNL will be subject to appropriate rules laid down by the organisation.

The immigrants, while obtaining their temporary residence card, are required to produce their Aadhaar card, ILP and TRC .
