The city of Boston and the Kraft Group have weeks to agree on a mitigation plan for the proposed New England Revolution soccer stadium in Everett. If they cannot agree by Dec. 31, state law requires an arbitrator to step in and make decisions for them.

Boston Mayor Michelle Wu has publicly blasted the Kraft Group's offer for managing issues like traffic and environmental concerns as too small. "Unserious," was her description at a recent news conference.
