KECHI, Kan. (KAKE) — The Kechi City Council voted unanimously to pass an amendment that seems to reduce the Mayor’s responsibilities. While some have said the timing is suspicious, considering the Mayor-Elect's rocky relationship with the council, the city, and others say this change was already in the works.
