BLOOMINGTON ( 25News Now ) - As a young child, Jadon Nafziger would shoot guns with his dad on the back porch.
“I think he was five years old with his first 22, so we knew with his birth injury we wanted to make sure there was something he could excel at,” his father Matt Nafziger said.
A birth injury leaves Jadon Nafziger without full use of one arm, so he competes with a spring stand device to shoot rifles. His family said that doesn’t make the sport any easier on the teen. His parents quickly wanted him to take this talent further.
“There’s something about it. I just enjoy it a lot. It’s a lot of fun. I find it to be interesting, challenging. Every single match brings something new. Something new I can learn off of, build off of, become better at. There’s just always a challenge,
