Nearly two months after devastating flooding hit Globe, a beloved community staple has reopened its doors, marking a major step on the road to recovery. La Casita Cafe served customers for the first time since Sept. 21, when historic flooding submerged cars and destroyed many small businesses along Historic Broad Street.
