Phillipsburg took Friday’s North 2 Group 4 sectional final over Montgomery because, in large part, four key moments when the Stateliners stepped forward and took command of the game away from a determined and inventive bunch of Cougars who were playing in their first sectional final, as opposed to P’burg, which has played in 19 and won 10.
