A section of Horine Road near Jefferson will be closed for approximately three days beginning Nov. 19 while a pipe is repaired, according to Frederick County.

Horine Road will be closed between Livingston Drive and Roundtree Court while a pipe is replaced and the pavement repaired, according to a county press release.
