Windermere High School junior Rylee Erisman set a national high school competition record with a 46.73-second time in the girls 100-yard freestyle final in Friday night’s FHSAA Class 4A swimming and diving championship meet in Ocala.
She added that to the two state record swims she had at the 2024 state meet. But this time there was a special treat as the Olympic hopeful was able to share two more records with teammates at the FAST aquatic center Ocala.
Early in the evening, Erisman teamed with standout senior Brynn Lavigueur and juniors Aidyn Reese and Lilliana Krstolic to win the 200 medley relay in a time of 1:38.96. That obliterated the previous FHSAA championship record of 1:40.81.
And at the tail end of the night Erisman was joined by Lavigueur, Krstolic and sophomore Lizzie Joh
