The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) has found the presence of explosive triacetone triperoxide (TATP) in the i20 car linked to the Delhi Red Fort Metro Station blast case that claimed 13 lives, a report said.

A highly unstable chemical compound known primarily as a homemade explosive (HME) that is difficult to detect using traditional methods, TATP is referred to by the media and security agencies as the "Mother of Satan" due to its inherent instability and danger. The probe team has also learnt that TATP was mixed with ammonium nitrate in the material recovered from the Faridabad terror module, News 18 claimed on Saturday.
