SOUTHWICK — To come up with a plan to increase the water quality of Congamond Lakes, representatives of the state Department of Environmental Protection and a global engineering firm held an informational meeting Thursday to discuss options that can be used.
“The data management and water quality assessment section has analyzed the data and determined the Congamond Lakes are polluted,” said Holly Brown, an environmental analyst at MassDEP about how the state determined Congamond was defined as polluted.
