SRINAGAR : Police in Miran Sahib Jammu have arrested three officials of the Irrigation Department after the death of a government employee who was found severely burnt in open fields near Ring Road Prithvipur earlier this week. Police said the victim, Puran Chand of R S Pura, was discovered burning in the fields and was immediately rushed to GMC Jammu where he succumbed to his injuries. He was serving as a helper in the Tube-Well Irrigation wing of the Irrigation Department.
