Three properties in western Stark County have sold for more than $1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.

Two were residential properties — 7237 Brycewood Circle NW in Jackson Township, which sold for $1.95 million, and 14072 Marshallville St. NW in Lawrence Township, which sold for $1.85 million.

A medical office building at 323 Marion Ave. NW in Perry Township also sold for $1.1 million.

The transfers cover Oct. 18 to Oct. 24.

Bair Christine M & William P Trust from Mahaffey Rodd A, 709 Market St NE, $144,600.

Brindley Ethan K from Ludwig Robert A, 248 Bender St NE, $149,900.

Donze Nicholas C & Grace v from Adams Gary D Jr & Pamela S, 7712 Blough Ave SW, $189,900.
