Shutdown ends, but ripples linger at Forsythe Wildlife Refuge

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP—Staff and volunteers began returning to the Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge on Friday, following a 43-day government shutdown that ended earlier this week.
