If you also want to help keep Maricopa looking her absolute best, you might want to consider participating in the city’s next “Keep Maricopa Beautiful” community cleanup event. The next and final action of the year takes place Saturday, November 29.

The citywide program promotes anti-littering and dumping efforts in the city through education, community events, resident engagement and enforcement. Maricopa launched the initiative in 2021. The previous clean-up event saw nearly 90 volunteers help clean up the city.
