After the massive victory of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the Bihar Assembly election , the coalition began the process of government formation with a series of meetings on Friday (November 14, 2025). The NDA had won 202 of the 243 Assembly constituencies in the election.

Janata Dal (United) working president Sanjay Jha met senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi, while fellow BJP leaders Dharmendra Pradhan and Vinod Tawde, who were given responsibility for the Bihar election, met Mr. Shah in the national capital to discuss strategy ahead of government formation.
