Samuel Montembeault will start in goal and forward Jared Davidson will make his NHL debut when the Canadiens face the Boston Bruins on Saturday at the Bell Centre (7 P.M., CITYTV, SNE, TVA SPORTS).
The Canadiens will be looking to end a two-game losing streak during which they have been outscored 12-1, while the Bruins are coming off a 5-3 loss to the Senators on Thursday night in Ottawa that ended their seven-game winning streak.
The Canadiens remain in first place in the Atlantic Division with a 10-5-2 record, but are tied in points with the Senators (9-5-4) and Bruins (11-8-0). The Senators play the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday in Ottawa (7 P.M., SN1).
