Actor Lee Pace has effortlessly moved between genres. From playing superhero tentpoles, fantasy epics, character dramas to psychological thrillers, he’s done it all. But his latest film, Edgar Wright’s 'The Running Man', pushes him into a new zone where a stylised survival thriller meets spectacle, violence, and reality-TV commentary.
In an exclusive conversation with India Today, the actor opens about taking on the role of McCone, a masked hunter in a dystopian game show where “entertainment” and morality are constantly at odds. “The reason to do a film for me is to work with the director,” he starts while talking to India Today.
