The person wanted for destruction of acting U.S. Attorney Alina Habba's New Jersey office is in custody, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Nov. 15.

"No one will get away with threatening or intimidating our great US Attorneys or the destruction of their offices," Bondi wrote on social media.

The suspect is Keith Michael Lisa, a 51-year-old with ties to New York City and New Jersey, according to an FBI wanted poster that offered a reward of $25,000 for information leading to his arrest and conviction.

Lisa went to the Peter W. Rodino Federal Building in Newark, New Jersey on Nov. 12 with a bat, according to the FBI. He wasn't allowed in, so he left, came back without a bat, and went to the U.S. Attorney's office and damaged it, the FBI said.

He is charged with possession of a dangerous weapon in a federal facility and depredation of federal property.
