Sophie Grégoire Trudeau is keeping her priorities straight.

The motivational speaker—who separated from Justin Trudeau in 2023—shared how she handles the former Canadian prime minister’s life in the public eye amid his rumored romance with Katy Perry .

“We’re human beings and stuff affects us,” she told Arlene Dickinson during the Nov. 12 episode of the Arlene Is Alone podcast. “How you react to stuff is your decision. So I choose to try to listen to the music instead of the noise.”
