Kelly Brook has shared a plea with I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here viewers as she opened up about her body.

The former model and presenter was cruelly targeted by trolls about her appearance after landing at Brisbane Airport last Sunday (November 9) ahead of her stint in the jungle.

Kelly is among the ten famous faces set to take part in the ITV reality show this year, with Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly back as hosts when the show returns on Sunday (November 16).

And ahead of her first appearance in the Australian outback, the Loose Women star has urged viewers to be "accepting" of the way she looks.

Speaking to the Mirror, Kelly said: "Obviously, I am not a 20-year-old bikini model anymore. You know, life changes and your body changes.
