Duquesne kept its FCS playoff hopes alive Saturday against Central Connecticut, beating the Blue Devils 38-33 on the back of Taj Butts’ career-high 254 rushing yards. The game featured 1,114 yards of total offense, including 423 passing yards from the Blue Devils.

The Dukes opened the game aggressively, immediately attacking the skies and earning a defensive pass interference on the first play of the game. Butts stole the show from there, ripping off consecutive 25- and 29-yard rushes, finding the end zone on the second rush.
