DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Community Action Duluth (CAD) is seeing more fallout as another board member has stepped down amid ongoing financial mismanagement allegations and the recent closure of the Lincoln Park Farmers Market.

Board member Wendy Durrwachter became the fourth member to resign since last Friday.

Her departure follows escalating concerns from vendors who say they haven’t received payments owed to them and that their attempts to seek answers from the organization went unanswered.
