OSAGE COUNTY ( KSNT ) – One person is dead and four law enforcement officers are injured following a shooting incident near Carbondale on Saturday.

Law enforcement personnel with the Topeka Police Department, Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office, Kansas Highway Patrol and others were called to the area of South Topeka Avenue and West 113th Street the morning of Nov. 15. Shawnee County Sheriff Brian Hill told 27 News law enforcement is responding to an officer-involved shooting in this area.
