MEMPHIS, Tenn. ( WREG ) — Tennessee police say a man was caught on camera attacking a man with a knife inside a Honduran restaurant near the Nutbush area of Memphis early Thursday morning.

Fernando Delgado-Hernandez, 23, was arrested on the scene and later charged with attempted second-degree murder and aggravated assault.

Memphis Police said when officers arrived at Rincon Catracho Restaurant, they found the victim with a laceration to his neck. The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Police said Delgado-Hernandez was also present and told officers, “I did it.”
