BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - All south bound lanes of Highway 67 are reopened after a fatal crash involving a rollover Friday night.

The crash happened just north of the Highway 15 interchange.

According to Harrison County Coroner Brian Switzer, 61-year-old Ronald Lechner, from D’Iberville, died at the scene. 36-year-old Brittany Hodges, from Ocean Springs, was taken to the hospital where she later died from her injuries.

Switzer said Lechner was driving north in the south bound lane of Highway 67 and hit a vehicle being driven by Hodges, causing his truck to roll over.

Switzer said Lechner’s seatbelt was unbuckled when he hit the other vehicle. He said Hodges’s seatbelt was buckled at the time of the crash.

Officials are still investigating the crash.
