OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Friends and family of Sevyn Bellar-White showed up at the track field at Millard North Saturday around noon for a balloon release two weeks after his death.
Sevyn’s friends told First Alert 6 he’ll be remembered for his ability to light up a room, his laugh, and trustworthiness. His parents say their close connection to God was reflected in how Sevyn lived.

“We feel God’s presence and God’s love and grace,” Kelsey White, Sevyn’s mother, said. “We want to be able to carry that on because Sevyn carried that in life every day.”
